Keep the web creative.

In an era of AI-built products, standing out takes more effort than ever. Understanding users' needs, building trust and personalizing experiences is crucial. Now, focusing on pixel-level details is what makes the difference for brand growth, that's why I want to design & build interfaces that feel:

distinctive
intuitive
inclusive

Projects I've had a hand in shaping

With design, I give digital products visibility and care for details that make everyday interactions feel seamless. With development, I can bring those designs to life, ready to be used by people. Have a look at some of my work below.

WalkDD iOS App

Finding hiking routes in Dresden and Saxon Switzerland isn't always easy. WalkDD is an iOS app that provides 20 hiking routes with local information and POIs. Developed as a family project, I led the design of the logo, color scheme, part of UI/UX elements, and print materials.

React UX Analyzer VS Code Extension

Usability issues are often introduced during coding and surface late in the process, which leads to repeated design cycles. React UX Analyzer is a VS Code extension I built that flags usability issues in React commponents, based on Nielsen's usability heuristics. By addressing UX problems at the root, it bridges design and development, reducing iterative design cycles and helping developers create more user-friendly interfaces.

MoodChange iOS App

Negative emotional patterns can be difficult to notice, let alone change. Moodchange is aniOS app, developed also as family project. It helps users recognize and shift negative emotional patterns to positive ones using the RAIN method. I designed the logo, color scheme, and UX flow of the app.

jinx Web Dashboard

Mapping HR processes like onboarding and hiring by hand can be slow and tedious. For a university module, we built jinx with a team of five as an AI-powered solution to automate this process using BPMN. I contributed to the brand identity (logo, colors), the UI design of dashboards, the user flows, and some development tasks.

Between design, technology & product

With a background in computer science and a strong interest in design, I see myself as a Web & UI/UX enthusiast. In order to craft meaningful digital experiences, I bring together user-centered thinking, frontend development and product understanding. This is how I connect the dots between how an experience serves the user, how it works, and why it matters.

for faster and more effective results.

I enjoy working across all three disciplines, turning first ideas into tangible prototypes, bridging the gap between design intent and technical implementation, and finding solutions to real user problems. I see myself in roles such as UX Designer/Engineer or Digital Technologist, where I can embrace emerging trends and experiment with new ways to push digital experieces forward.

Behind the pixels

Born in the Netherlands, raised for a while in New Zealand, and growing up in Germany near Dresden, I've never had one place to call home. I find that feeling in nature, travel, and the outdoors, where I capture memories by camera and find creative inspiration.
